SPOTTED: SLA
The Pijp has been waiting forever – actually for a couple of months now – for this little gem to open: SLA! A new organic salad bar on the Ceintuurbaan 149 has been spotted by a lot of locals like this picture of Sabine de Witte on Instagram. That’s how STORY154 found out about SLA. Next to Juice & Salad Cafe, SLA is the second salad bar to open in this area of Amsterdam.
Irresistible though healthy food is were SLA stands for. So no sugar rushes, but power for the long run. (I couldn’t agree more). SLA, which means lettuce in Dutch, is your answer to a (healthy) guilty pleasure with organic ingredients making all kinds of salads, soups, smoothies and other snacks that are so delicious that you forget that it’s healthy!
