Lite/Dark Zeedijk

LITE/DARK opened its second store on the Zeedijk! This healthy spot has its first store on the Utrechtsestraat (a huge success). Now they set foot in this cultural, artistic area of AMSTERDAM. Tourists wandering through these streets and locals living or working nearby can now enjoy this healthy hotspot where they sell breakfast, lunch, snacks and homemade icecream.

The products of LITE/DARK are based on a variety of fruit, veggies, superfoods and pure chocolate. It’s about the balance between fast and slow, sweet and salt, light and healthy fruits combined with pure and dark chocolate.
You can select your own energy breakfast, enjoy an anti-hangover or a post workout juice. Or taste of their awesome after-workout snack like the protein balls they made at the opening that were made with rolled oats, quinoa, hemp- and chiaseeds, chocolate nibs, almonds, coconut & honey or the salmon balls made with quinoa and dill (see photo below). YUM!

As from this week I start with HEALTHCITY’S Transformation Challenge (more on that soon!). LITE/DARK is the perfect spot to meet with friends and not be tempted by not so healthy food ;)
