With leftovers from the supermarket, INSTOCK creates a three course dinner. This is the story of how four people met at a big Dutch supermarket and discussed a shared opinion of foodwaste and came up with this pop-up restaurant (until November). Every morning the Food Rescue Team – with matching electric transportation – fetch the leftovers from the supermarkets.
You can have a three course dinner for €20 on Friday and Saturday at INSTOCK or brunch for €10 on Sundays. No money right? AND you’re doing something good!
