The Van der Eerde brothers have found a new (temporary) home for ‘moving circus’ BAUT. For us locals this is a well-known location, a former department store that went bankrupt not so long ago: Vroom & Dreesmann goes BAUT & Dreesmann. On the third floor along the Rokin, it will be all about food, drinks, art and music. And so the Rokin is becoming more and more fun! BAUT is in good company of Metropolitan, Café de Paris, Tinner and Terpentijn.
The bar is separated from the restaurant and has its own programming. So sipping some drinks here alone is a real must do! And knowing the kitchen of all the former BAUT restaurants, you really want to eat at the restaurant too! Under the wings of chef Michiel van der Eerde and new sous-chef Jordi Schaeken, former sous-chef of restaurant de Lute.
BAUT & Dreesmann is open 7 days a week for coffee, lunch, bites and the best view over Amsterdam!
