The first MEET AND TASTE of the newest Jamie Magazine NL Spring edition release is a fact! And STORY154 was here to MEET AND TASTE at RESTAURANT FIFTEEN.
Meeting the Jamie Magazine team including editor-in-chief Suzanne Pronk and editor Marieke Verdenius (my Instagram friend turned offline friend), the new chef of FIFTEEN John Gebuis and winner of the popular Dutch tv show “Heel Holland Bakt” Rutger van den Broek a.k.a. The Baking Meister.
Tasting an amuse of goat cheese, spinach and puff pastry and three other lovely dishes, which are now in Jamie Magazine! We started with marinated mackerel from the North Sea with potato, apple, red beet roots and spinach (page 62). Then a soft and truly delicious soup of turnip, purslane and hazelnuts (page 64).
