Kees van Unen from Het Parool, a Dutch newspaper, interviewed me about STORY154: how it all started, why I write about food and I mentioned one of my favorite trattoria’s!
Il Basilico is the trattoria from Sabrina, a Venetian woman who lives in Amsterdam. She has created her own Little Italy on the Willemsstraat: fresh pasta on Fridays and coteletta’s on Saturdays and a lot of other delicious panini’s of course.
Just choose your favorite pasta or ravioli and a sauce and you got an amazing meal in minutes! Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer, she’s quite a popular lady.. I hope you will experience Il Basilico like I do! And maybe we’ll bump into each other.
