Let’s see what food events September brings you! By the look of it, you can do and eat a LOT in this upcoming month. We have incorporated two events that are more on interior and photography, but these are so special that we just had to mention them!

The Loft
When: Saturday August 22nd till Sunday September 6th 2015.
Where: Playing Circle, Cristofori Concertzaal, Prinsengracht 583-V in Amsterdam.
What: The Loft is a breathtaking Amsterdam apartment where a combination of design, art and craft culminate in one inspiring interior design experience. All handpicked and pleasantly pieced together. From the tables and chairs to the carpets on the floor and even the books on the bedside table – everything in the Loft is for sale.
BAUTZUID Afterwork
When: Thursday September 3rd 2015.
Where: BAUTZUID at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.
What: The best beer. The best places in town with the best colleagues. Enjoy your first beer in a creative, dynamic, diverse environment with good food!
Bacchus Wijnfestival
When: Friday September 4th till Sunday September 6th 2015.
Where: In the Amsterdamse Bos in Amsterdam.
What: Wine lovers pay attention. This weekend there is a wine festival in the Amsterdam forest. So taste the wines, enjoy some good food from a variety of food trucks or reserve a table at Staets or Restaurant Marius. You are in for a treat! Dogs and children allowed.
Brandt & Levie Worstshop
When: Thursday September 3rd 2015.
Where: At the Brandt & Levie Atelier in Amsterdam.
What: Make your own sausage during this workshop at Brandt & Levie, enjoy some bites and drinks and leave with your own homemade sausage!
Lot 61: Meet The Brewers
When: From 18.30 on Friday September 4th 2015.
Where: At The Hoxton Hotel on the Herengracht in Amsterdam.
What: Our friends from Lot 61 Coffee Brewers are back in the house for another boozy take on coffee: this time, it’s all about coffee inspired beer. FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY, they’ve flown in their very own beer brewers from Alphabet Brewing Co. Manchester for a chat and a draught. Pop in to get a sip and a gulp of Lot 61 x Alphabet Brewing Co.’s three special beers before a night out. We’ve got the Crate Digger, a coffee stout, the Flat White, a white breakfast stout and the A to the K, an oatmeal pale ale. You won’t be finding anything like these anywhere else! We’ll drink to THAT.
Organic Farmers Market at the Noordermarkt
When: Every Saturday.
Where: At the Noordermarkt in the Jordaan area in Amsterdam.
What: A local weekly market with organic veggies and fruits and all kinds of superfoods. You also find delicious bakeries, pastas, beans, fish and you can buy some beautiful flowers to brighten up your home.
Taste of East Festival
When: Saturday September 5th 2015.
Where: At East57 on the Ringdijkstraat 2 in Amsterdam.
What: Taste the best flavours from East during this Taste of East Festival. From 3 till 11 pm. Get high on chocolate and coffee in the ‘Breaking Bad’ bar!
Salty Sunday at EnSuite
When: Sunday September 6th 2015.
Where: EnSuite at Razmataz in Amsterdam.
What: Sunday is the perfect day to sip on bubbles and to take in some delicious Fines de Claires oysters. Continue until the last briny oyster is engulfed!
Sunday Market
When: Sunday September 6th 2015.
Where: At the Westergas area in Amsterdam.
What: Are you looking for a clever tee shirt, creative pillows to decorate your sofa, or perhaps a handmade outfit for your baby? If so, head to the Sunday Market.
Pure Markt
When: From 11am to 6pm on Sunday September 13th 2015.
Where: Amstelpark in Amsterdam.
What: A source of exceptional, artisan, Dutch and international produce, food and creativity. Approximately 70% of the stalls are food related and the rest is a mix of designer, vintage and gift items.
SeaFood Sunday at Razmataz
When: From 12pm on Sunday September 13th 2015.
Where: Razmataz in Amsterdam.
What: For the real seafood lovers a fresh pan of mussels served with French fries on Razmataz’ terrace, in the restaurant or at EnSuite.
Unseen Photo Fair
When: Friday September 18th till Sunday September 20th 2015.
Where: Westergasterrain in Amsterdam.
What: Unseen Photo Fair isn’t a food festival. But maybe they have photos of food there? It is a photography fair that’s always high on my to visit list. So therefore it has to be on yours ;)
The Neighbourfood Market
When: Saturday September 19th till Sunday September 20th 2015.
Where: Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam.
What: Join this Saturday market to extend your relaxed weekend feel with a variety of food, nice drinks and a few vintage finds. This market takes place every third Sunday of the month.
