Michelin star chef Jacob Jan Boerma is part of Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky’s The White Room! His three star restaurant in the middle of our country isn’t ideally located for visitors of Amsterdam. Now you – as a visitor of Amsterdam – can enjoy his gastronomical talent!

The oldest restaurant of Amsterdam opened in 1885, back then it was known as the White Ballroom. From a rich historical ballroom to a modern White Room. The authentic style of the ballroom with beautiful wall panels, paintings and ornaments has remained in combination with a clean and modern interior with A LOT of whites. The interior of The White Room is unique, has a palace feel to it: as if you are dining at The Hermitage but still waiting for Sisi, Cinderella and Napoleon.

From the palace like interior and ambiance to Damsquare and its traffic and tourists. This couldn’t be more wide spread! I had an amazing Cinderella moment at The White Room and came back to my pumpkin when I landed back on Damsquare.
