There is a new food concept: BALLS & GLORY! The name made me very curious, are you too?
Wim Ballieu, a Flemish TV cook, is the founder of this concept. According to Wim, handcrafted food is in the revival! The stuffed meatballs from Flemish descent are available in four sizes: a mini-ball (tapas like), an economy-ball, a glory-ball & the family sized meatball. They are all “filled with things we love”! This is mostly a liquid substance. And because of the strange shape, the BALLS were already referred to as salty cupcakes.
Take a look in their kitchen! At the pop-up store in Gent (Belgium) you can see how the cooks make the products: rolling the balls in front of your nose & you can choose your favorite size & filling. Take your balls home or eat them in the store itself.
There is also the possibility to join a workshop: the GLORY of your own handcrafted BALLS! Stay up to date by liking them on Facebook…
