We started with sushi made from quinoa and salmon. It was a lovely starter but could’ve had a bit more spice to it. Or maybe they could’ve added a bit more wasabi to the mayonnaise? Good for the tastebuds though: A variety in texture with soft and crispy ingredients and in taste from sweet to salty. As a main course we unanimously went for the cod. A white fish served with ratatouille, gnocchi, basil chips and roasted red pepper sauce. A truly delicious recipe! Also heard good things about the pork.. We ended the weeknight with sgroppino’s – very good ones.
As any popular (new) Hotspot should: Henk has his own ginbar including HENK’s super cool racing outfit in a beautiful frame. So put on your dancing shoes because after dinner you can enjoy G&T’s with Hendricks, Monkey 47 or Tanqueray’s. Can you also take these to go? Just like their picknick basket that you can take with you on a boat (as from €20).
