10 New Restaurants In Amsterdam

We love new restaurants, brunch spots, burger joints and rotisseries. There are a lot of new spots opening and we listed the best for you! Check the 10 newest culinary hotspots throughout the city of Amsterdam:

BISTRO NOORD is new in Noord. A classic French bistro with a modern twist on the cool NDSM wharf. Expect fish baked in butter, a good steak and quick yummy lunches for business people.

SMOKIN’ BARRELS is new in the Eastern part of Amsterdam on the Beukenplein. Here you can order tasty burgers, surf ‘n turf or lobster with specialty beers and tasty cocktails. Hipster spot guaranteed!

RESTAURANT DE PLANTAGE is situated next to the zoo of Amsterdam, Artis. In this beautiful monumental building you can eat delicious foods prepared by the former chef of HOTEL DE GOUDFAZANT. That sounds super good!

SOTTO is the only pizza place in this list that opened recently in Amsterdam Zuid in De Pijp (actually PAZZI also has a new spot). Order your authentic Italian Napolitan pizza here!

VOLT ETEN & DRINKEN recently renewed their interior, food and beer menu. This new fresh direction makes VOLT a new cool hangout to spend Saturday afternoons with your friends, bites and drinks.

PAPER PLANES popped up in the espressobar of BAR ITALIA. Rockstart your morning with delicious breakfasts Hot&Healthy, Eggs Factor, Egg Soldiers and Yummy Quinoa.

DE FOODHALLEN is the first food market of Amsterdam and therefore a must visit for everyone! You can eat a lot here (trust me!): pulled pork, Vietnamese streetfood, sushi, pasta, sandwiches, bitterballen, cheese platters, toasties, entrecotes and lots of fish!

DE WATERKANT has an unique spot behind a parking lot on the Marnixkade. With Surinam inspiration they serve you chicken wings, saoto soup and chicken roti roll. A tropical hotspot in this (sometimes) chilly Amsterdam!

GEFLIPT is the newest burger spot in town! Flipping burgers is what they do and they do this with burgers made of Gasconne cattle from Lindenhoff. Tasty fellows that you can order all day!

BOCCONI makes delicious pasta, bruschetta’s and so on! This Italian hotspot is the latest addition in the Spaarndammerstraat where CAFE DE WALVIS and BAR MICK are also situated.

Here are 10 new restaurants to put on your to-visit-list! Or did you cross off some of these hotspots already?
