Foyer at Felix Meritis
Who died? The raspberries on this plate! A sour bite that you eat together with this amazing piece of homemade cheesecake that was really fluffly, sweet and had the perfect cookie/cake bottom. All flavours matched perfectly.. And this was dessert!

The Interior
The interior is very minimalistic: It’s like you are sitting in your old classroom but then the good kind with wine and beer. You are totally disconnected from the city’s bustle and therefore your focus is on your company and on the food. That’s a really good thing!
Popping Up
Foyer was supposed to stay until October 2014. My dinner there was quite last moment, I just wanted to experience what everyone was talking about! A review wasn’t in order because they weren’t staying there or popping up somewhere else. Now Foyer stays at this beautiful monumental building till April 2015. After this Foyer moves to a permanent location in May 2015!
The staff is so friendly and thoughtful that they are your friends for the evening providing you with all sorts of drinks and goodness. STORY154 is fan of Foyer!
