Ellis Gourmet Burger
I think you know by know that I love love love BURGERS! Now another burger restaurant opens tomorrow (Thursday 19 February 2015) where Restaurant Henk and the former Foyer used to be, on Prinsengracht 422: Ellis Gourmet Burger opens their second location in Amsterdam! The first is in Rotterdam and they already had seven locations in Belgium (Antwerp 2, Bruges, Brussels, Knokke, Ghent and Maasmechelen).
The Food
For a sneak peek into their menu (click here): You can try out their classic burger, classic cheese burger, funky chicken burger or the veggie burger with portobello or with soy. All beef burgers are with 100% ground beef, lettuce, tomato, red onion, gherkin, mustard and ketchup with or without cheese. Fancy a Funky Chicken with chicken fillet, grilled vegetables, tarragon mayonnaise, red onion, grated parmesan? Or go for one of the veggie burgers that are made with portobello or with soy. The one with portobello is also with goat’s cheese, grilled vegetables, tarragon mayonnaise and red onion. Sides are coleslaw, French fries, jacket potatoes, onion rings. Anyone hungry yet?
Ellis Gourmet Burger Amsterdam opens this Thursday and serve burgers to anyone from 11.30 am till 7 pm. It will be one busy opening! Free burgers, what’s not to love?
