I visited this beautiful restaurant in the midst of Het Amsterdamse Bos along the Nieuwe Meer to taste their signature dish. You still have time to get tickets with a discount (€18 for 2 instead of €24) and enjoy the culinary festivities!

Restaurant Het Bosch is a part of an area where six culinary highlights of Taste are situated: Aan De Poel**, Lute, VISAANDESCHELDE, Julius Jaspers and Elkaar. Of course there are more restaurants: Restaurant Blauw, De Foodhallen, Fifteen, Loetje, Bluespoon, &SAMHOUD and so on.

Owner Ferry and his crew wants you to taste his cuisine. But also experience the ambiance of Het Bosch through good food, music and drinks. This is what makes this restaurant unique! Signature dishes
Het Bosch is going to serve you multiple dishes together with the five other restaurants mentioned above: a à la minute pot au feu with dry-aged oxtail and summer vegetables, pulled pork croquettes, Asian oysters, Oosterschelde lobster with a pasta riso salad and a frozen sabayon.
The pot au feu is prepared by Het Bosch and is delicious I must say. It is a classic dish made with oxtail that is prepared for a long time with a tasty bouillon and summer veggies. A must try!
